Pork Masala

Heidi & I have been trying the local Indian restaurants.
Chicken Tikka Masala tasted so great that I figured I should be able to reproduce a similar (but simpler) dish at home, with pork ... sort of.

Alas, it was okay ... but a disappointment:

I should stick to visiting local Indian restaurants.

My Pork Tikka Masala recipe.

Note: Garam masala is a gaggle of exotic spices.

  1. Hello Mr Ponzo,
Greeting to you from Malaysia. We have plenty of superb Indian food/restaurants here as well. And I adored your work in gummy-stuff so much. :)

    BestRegards,

  2. My Malaysian neighbor gave me some of this and it was superb.

My favorite Thai recipe is here >>>

It is a Very spicy marinated beef strips salad with mint leaves (Neu ah Nam Tok). The first time I had it in a Thai restaurant it was so spicy my lips were burning & numb, but it was so good I had to finish it & did, lol.
