Test tube babies

We watched a movie last night. A lesbian couple had a baby with one gal donating an egg and the sperm created (artificially) from stem cells. Fiction ... we thought. So (as is my wont), this morning I google. Mamma mia! Eggs and sperm created in a test tube ... from stem cells.
