The youngest - the last


The good thing about being the youngest of six children is having your older siblings to lean on.

The bad thing is being the last to go.

    I am the youngest of four but thus far only my oldest brother is gone (my sister is the oldest of the four children).

    The worsest thing about gettin' old ain't the aches and pains or the inability to run the marathon.
    It's the knowledge that you may spend months (years?) in a dormant state.

    Joe was the reason for my rant here.
